Through compassionate leadership and lived experience, she empowers women to build resilience, foster meaningful connections, and create lasting positive change within their communities.

There was a time when the idea of speaking about resilience and community felt far away. The journey was uneven, with moments of feeling pushed aside, silenced, and unsure.
